Customer Support Representative
Dealing with retail customers by phone and live-chat, helping them at the highest possible standard. Ensuring problems are dealt with professionally, in a timely manner and to the complete satisfaction of the customer.

Decimal 62 is a leading software and solutions provider to the financial services industry; including (but not limited to!): Financial Services and banking, Portfolio management, Insurance, Credit providers, Brokerages, Fund & property investment firms.

The Position
2-3 years’ experience working in the support function, ideally financial services. Technically minded, you will understand our trading platforms and software solutions, acting as first or second-line support to end-users internationally. Speaking more than one language a distinct advantage.
The Location
A comfortable desk in warm sunny Limassol, Cyprus.
